We retain your personal information, health and fitness data, and usage data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you choose to delete your account, we will permanently delete all your associated personal and fitness data from our active databases, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements).
Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.
